Since I eat alone so often I have a lot of freedom choosing what to eat. These have been my favorites over the last week.
Caprese. A simple yet delightful salad consisting of roma tomato slices, fresh mozzarella, sea salt and pepper, homegrown basil and aged balsamic vinegar. I've eaten this about 5 times in the last week.
Buffalo Chick'n Salad. Romaine lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, cheddar, Kraft free ranch and Morningstar Buffalo Wings. Ate it three days in a row, it was so good!
